Upon publication: 
 

• Articles are freely accessible to all readers worldwide. 
• No login or institutional subscription is required. 
• Articles remain permanently available on the journal website.

• The journal does not restrict access based on geographic, institutional, or financial criteria.

All articles are published under the: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). 
 
This license permits any user to:

• Does not influence editorial decisions 
• Does not guarantee publication 

 
9. Archiving and Preservation

• Digital backups are maintained. 
• Articles may be included in indexing, archiving, and repository services.

10. Corrections and Retractions 
 
Open access does not prevent editorial corrections or retractions when necessary.
